Job summary

Jago Consultants has a Southampton-based Service Administrator vacancy with a basic salary of £21,000–£24,000. The role covers invoicing, stock checks, DMS and R2C usage, and warranty processes. Training is provided, and the position runs Monday to Friday with some Saturday hours.

The ideal candidate will handle invoices, service sheets, and related admin tasks across the dealership environment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Pension and uniform are provided as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and processing invoices.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and filing.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly and monthly invoices.
• Handle invoice queries promptly.
• Manage MOT and service sheets per order numbers.
• Use FM & Warranty systems and scan to FM depot.
• Operate DMS and R2C systems for job tracking.
• Monitor stock parts and ensure they are costed on jobs.
• Verify technician hours on the system.
• Create sub-let invoices and file/archive records.
• Support management with other duties as needed.
