Job summary

Hendy Group in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an organised team-player to join the dealership and support administration around new and used vehicles. You will work closely with colleagues in the Sales, Finance, and broader team to ensure compliance with financial and legal matters, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.

The role involves processing sales orders, managing registrations and taxation, and preparing and analysing invoices and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor industry, admin background or retail preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process all sales orders generated within the local team to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with management to process orders from the Sales team for timely delivery.
• Allocate registration numbers and ensure vehicles are taxed in line with registration codes and government requirements.
• Prepare, monitor, raise and analyse sales invoices, stock records, orders and deliveries.
• Collate order, finance and warranty paperwork ensuring all documents are accurate.
