Claystone School in Luton is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism and additional needs. Join a caring team and help pupils build confidence, independence and a love for learning in a welcoming, ASC-focused setting. Hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with a permanent contract starting October 2026.

£22,160.62 per annum, not pro rata. Applicants must have GCSEs in English and Mathematics (C/4 or above) and a collaborative, patient approach.
