Teaching Personnel is partnered with a welcoming primary school in Bispham to recruit an Autism Support Assistant. This full-time role starts on a short-term basis with a strong likelihood of extension for the right candidate.
You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Conditions, helping them access learning and participate in class activities while developing communication and social skills. Prior SEN/Autism experience is highly desirable.

The school is keen to find the right individual who can build positive relationships, provide consistent support, and make a meaningful difference to pupils with additional needs. Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly Autism, is highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
