Responsibilities

  • Supporting students with severe autism and complex needs.
  • Providing one-to-one and small-group support.
  • Helping students develop their communication, social and life skills.
  • Supporting with sensory activities and creative learning.
  • Managing challenging behaviour calmly and confidently.
  • Providing personal care when required.
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists and other support staff.
