Job summary

Remedy Education in East London is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a student with autism and communication difficulties on a 1:1 basis. You will help the student engage with learning, develop social skills and build confidence in a supportive setting.

The role is ideal for graduates with background in Special Needs, Psychology or Education, and previous SEN experience (voluntary or paid) is highly valued. This position offers ongoing interviews and trial days.

Qualifications

• Previous SEN experience desirable (voluntary or paid, at least 1 year).
• Background in Special Needs, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and maintain a supportive approach.
