Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking a Registered Service Manager for Short Breaks in Newcastle, NI. The role requires meeting RQIA criteria to be a Registered Manager in a residential service and holding a Level 5 Diploma or higher in Health and Social Care leadership, including Adult Residential Management.

A senior-level background with residential experience is essential. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car, with the organisation covering the required Access NI

Qualifications

• Meet the RQIA requirements to be a Registered Manager in a residential service.
• Relevant Health or Social Care professional qualification; or Level 5 Diploma (QCF5) in Leadership for Health and Social Care services (incl. Adult Residential Management).
• Other Diploma/Degree/Post-Graduate qualification in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care (incl. Adult Residential Management).
• Have qualifications and required experience in a health and social care setting at a Senior level, with at least one year supporting groups in a residential setting.
• Meet RQIA criteria to be a Registered Manager of a Residential service on appointment.
