Autism Initiatives in Cookstown, United Kingdom, is seeking a Registered Service Manager to support people who use our services in daily living, work/education, and leisure activities. The role requires leadership, a strong understanding of RQIA standards, and a commitment to a rights-based, autism-focused approach.

You will work with a dedicated team, ensure service quality, manage relationships with stakeholders, and uphold company values across NI.

Qualifications

• Meet RQIA requirements to be a Registered Manager.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own car.
• Experience at Senior Support level or above in health and social care.
