Job summary

Changeworknow, part of the Access Group, is recruiting for full time and part time roles in the South West team, supporting more than 30 autistic people across Biggar, Lanark and Carluke, with services in Lamington and Lanark. Pay starts at £13.45 per hour, rising to £14.15 as you progress.

Weekend contracts are available and weekend work is a core part of the role. Join us to develop personalised support plans, build strong relationships, help individuals achieve life goals, and support

Qualifications

  • Holding a full UK Driving Licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, review and implement personalised support plans for the supported individual.
  • Build positive relationships with the supported individual and their circles of support.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure the supported individual’s life goals and aspirations are at the centre of their support.
  • Support individuals to take part in their chosen activities and access local community opportunities.
  • Help maintain their tenancies and support them to make the decisions that matter to them.
  • Promote independence and active citizenship, community inclusion, support with household chores. Required support may include personal care.
