Scottish Autism seeks Autism Practitioners (Support Workers) for our Fife Services in Glenrothes, Cowdenbeath, Cardenden and Lochgelly. Roles are available full- and part-time, with shifts including days, evenings, sleepovers and weekends.
You will help autistic adults live fulfilling lives, building routines and life skills in a supportive environment. Applicants should be compassionate, confident and enthusiastic, with prior support experience beneficial.

Our Fife Services support autistic adults across Cowdenbeath, Cardenden, Lochgelly and Glenrothes. Every person we support is unique, with their own interests, goals and aspirations. Support is tailored to the person's individual needs and may be provided on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis.
As an Autism Practitioner, you'll build positive relationships and support people to live as independently as possible. Whether it's enjoying community activities, developing life skills, maintaining meaningful routines, pursuing hobbies, or achieving personal goals, you'll play an important role in helping people live the life they choose.
We're looking for compassionate, confident and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference. Previous support experience is beneficial, and a full UK driving licence would be advantageous .

You’ll benefit from knowing your shifts in advance. Shifts include a variety of days, evenings, sleepovers and weekends. Some contracts may also include waking nights. Flexibility is essential, and certain services require earl ier starts .
