Job summary

Vetro Recruitment in Neath is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a regulated service for autistic adults. You will lead operational delivery, ensure compliance with statutory standards, and foster a culture of inclusion and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma, experience managing autism/complex needs services, and be registered with CQC/CIW or eligible. Driving is advantageous; salary £40,000–£45,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing services for autistic adults or similar high-need cohorts.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and safeguarding.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if required).
• Registered with CQC/CIW or eligible to register.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the registered service, ensuring safety, compliance and person-centred support.
• Manage the service budget effectively to ensure financial sustainability through resource planning and cost control.
• Oversee staff performance, provide supervision, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure service quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with families, commissioners, and external professionals to promote co-production and person-centred care.
• Use digital tools and care management systems to monitor service data, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support digital transformation efforts.
