Job summary

Priory Daffodil House in Pontypridd, South Wales, seeks a Registered Manager to lead a 9-bed residential service on a full-time basis. You will oversee care standards, shape the service, and develop a compassionate, skilled team to empower adults on the autistic spectrum to live more independent lives.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement while fostering dignity, respect, and wellbeing for residents.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting individuals with autism is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills required.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Motivated to drive positive outcomes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding support.
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and wellbeing for all residents.
• Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
• Play a key role in shaping and growing this newly opened service.
