Forvis Mazars LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable offshore data analytics support professional to assist audit teams with complex queries and data tools. You will help lift offshore performance, review outputs, and coach junior analysts while maintaining high quality standards.

You will collaborate with audit teams, develop guidance materials, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the support function. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in audit or audit support environments.
• Ability to interpret data analytics outputs and exercise audit judgment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Capable of coaching junior analysts.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on support to audit teams for complex queries requiring audit judgment.
• Act as first escalation point for offshore data analysts and resolve high-priority queries.
• Review outputs from offshore team to ensure accuracy and quality for audit teams.
• Coach and train offshore team members on tools and processes.
• Monitor tickets and support demand with the Manager for prioritised workload.
• Own complex or sensitive issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Engage with audit teams, offering clear explanations and guidance.
• Identify recurring issues and knowledge gaps for continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing guidance materials, FAQs and user guides.
• Ensure offshore team adherence to processes and service levels.
• Collaborate with Manager/Director on performance feedback and risk areas.
• Support onboarding of new tools into the support model and offshore training.
• Maintain awareness of ATT functionality and audit applications for effective support.
• Contribute to training sessions and knowledge sharing to improve adoption.
• Provide feedback on tool development from user issues and support insights.
