Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking a Director of Audit Technology Support and Implementation to lead the ATT support function. You will own the strategy, build the team, and ensure support for audit tools is scalable, high‑quality and aligned with business needs.

You will collaborate across Transformation, Audit Quality, Data Analytics and IT to drive adoption and sustainable value, while managing offshore and onshore resources and engaging senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong audit background with practical understanding of audit delivery and methodology.
• Experience leading teams and developing operational or support functions.
• Experience working with audit technology, data analytics solutions or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining oversight of operational delivery.
• Strong problem-solving capability, with the ability to manage complex issues and competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational concepts clearly.
• Commercial awareness, including understanding of cost, resourcing and operating model considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ATT support team and operating model across UK audit practice.
• Oversee the transition of ATTs from Transformation into BAU support and ensure readiness.
• Define and monitor service levels, key metrics and governance for ATT support.
• Ensure timely, high-quality support and issue resolution for complex, high-risk scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Developers, IT and Data Analytics to align governance and delivery.
• Engage with audit leadership and stakeholders to understand support needs and priorities.
