A reputable consulting firm is seeking 3 Audit specialists with Local Government experience to join their team. This role primarily involves providing proactive audit-related advice, leading technical discussions, and ensuring the organization meets emerging audit requirements. Candidates must be CCAB qualified accountants with strong technical and communication skills. The position offers a salary range of £69,400 to £84,800 plus excellent benefits, with the majority of work being home-based and occasional travel to the London office.
My client is looking to recruit 3 Audit specialists, with Local Government experience, to join their team on either a permanent or an 18 month fixed term basis. Working as part of a team of 6 specialist auditors, your role will be to provide proactive advice/information to the Board, Committees, and colleagues including the contract management team on relevant audit-related matters. You will also deliver timely guidance on emerging developments, ensuring that the organisation integrates the latest audit requirements and best practices into their respective areas of responsibility.
