Job summary

BDO LLP in London is seeking a Financial Services Audit Operations and Resourcing Assistant to support the audit resourcing function. You will help coordinate resources, manage day-to-day allocations and support senior managers.

The role requires strong communication, basic data interpretation, and the ability to work with colleagues across the Firm, including Professional Qualifications and offshore resources as needed.

Qualifications

• Office-based work experience preferred.
• Experience in resourcing role preferable.
• Experience in the professional services industry beneficial but not essential.
• Familiar with DayShape or Workday is a plus.
• Strong data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resourcing requests and changes in DayShape.
• Handle day-to-day resourcing allocations and prioritisation for audit team.
• Coordinate with Professional Qualifications team on study and qualification requirements.
• Process ad hoc changes quickly and prioritise them.
• Assist with operational duties within Financial Services Audit.
• Monitor utilisation metrics and support trainee engagement.
• Collaborate with Resourcing Manager to ensure smooth operations.
