Job summary

BDO UK is seeking an Assistant Manager in Financial Services Advisory (Internal Audit). The role focuses on planning and delivering internal audit assignments and regulatory advisory engagements, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to broader team objectives.

You will work with a talented group across London and the UK, applying robust audit methodologies and regulatory insight to help clients navigate complex financial challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven internal audit and/or regulatory assurance experience in Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Financial Services sector and UK regulatory environment.
• Experience delivering internal audit and advisory assignments with knowledge of audit methodologies.
• Recognised professional qualification such as ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA or CIIA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to lead complex reviews and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with proactive, collaborative approach.
