Job summary

Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join a respected Chartered Accountants firm in Brighton. You will take ownership of a varied portfolio of audit clients, leading engagements from planning through to completion and developing a capable team.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or ICAS qualified.
• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Proven experience managing audit engagements and reviewing files.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and ISAs.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning to completion.
• Review audit files and ensure compliance with ISAs and UK GAAP.
• Lead, coach and develop junior team members.
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Manage budgets, deadlines and engagement profitability.
