Job summary

RSM UK is inviting graduates to join our External Audit team, where you will work from day one on client engagements and contribute to risk-based reviews of financial records, processes and controls. You’ll start studying toward Chartered Accountant as soon as you join and progress through early exams with strong support.

You’ll be part of a structured development path, with exposure to a broad client base—from owner-managed businesses to large listed groups and not-for-profit organisations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent), or 104 UCAS across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate.
• Obtained or predicted honours degree.
• Right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-focused reviews of clients’ financial records, processes and controls.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and build trust among stakeholders.
• Begin studying toward Chartered Accountant qualification from day one and complete exams early on.
