Job summary

RSM UK is launching a graduate external audit programme designed to build strong foundations in audit. You will work with audit colleagues on risk‑focused reviews of clients’ financial records, processes and controls to help ensure accuracy and stakeholder trust.

You’ll begin studying for the Chartered Accountant qualification as soon as you join, with exams in the first months. The programme supports your development with training and client exposure across varied organisations.

Qualifications

• UCAS: minimum 112 points across three A levels or 104 points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• Obtained or predicted honours degree.
• Right to live and work in the UK on permanent basis.
• Effective written and verbal communication to convey information clearly.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Interest in business and commerce with strong organisation and time management.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, risk‑focused audits of clients’ financial records, processes and controls.
• Contribute to ensuring accuracy of financial statements and stakeholder confidence.
• Join graduate programme while starting CA qualification studies early on.
• Work with a variety of clients from owner‑managed to large listed groups and not‑for‑profits.
