Job summary

RSM UK is launching an External Audit graduate programme designed to build strong foundations for a career in audit. You’ll work with colleagues to review clients’ financial records, processes and controls, ensuring accuracy of financial statements and stakeholder confidence.

You’ll begin studying toward the Chartered Accountant qualification on day one, with initial exams in the first months. The role is office-based or at client sites as needed to build early career relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities are essential.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-focused reviews of clients’ financial records, processes and controls.
• Collaborate with audit colleagues and participate in client work from day one.
• Study towards Chartered Accountant qualification and complete first exams within months of joining.
