Job summary

RSM UK offers a graduate programme in external audit to build a strong foundation for a career in audit. You’ll review clients’ financial records, processes and controls to help ensure accurate statements and stakeholder trust.

You’ll begin studying for the Chartered Accountant qualification soon after joining, with exams in the initial months. The programme blends on-the-job learning with structured training and client exposure.

Qualifications

• You’ll need the equivalent of 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate).
• An obtained/predicted honours degree.
• Right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work with audit colleagues to conduct risk-focused reviews of clients’ financial records, processes, and controls.
• You’ll help ensure the accuracy of financial statements and build stakeholder trust.
