Job summary

RSM UK is launching a graduate programme in External Audit designed to build a solid foundation for a career in audit. You’ll work with colleagues to review clients’ financial records, processes and controls to ensure accurate statements and stakeholder trust.

You’ll begin studying toward the Chartered Accountant qualification from day one, tackling exams early with full support. You’ll join a structured development path and gain exposure to diverse client types across industry and

Qualifications

• UCAS points: 112 across three A levels (or 104 across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers) or Irish Leaving Certificate.
• Honours degree (or predicted) in a relevant field.
• Right to work in the UK for this role.
• Effective written and verbal communication to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and composure under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices.
• Note: General Studies, AS levels or EPQ are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-focused reviews of clients’ financial records, processes and controls.
• Work with a variety of clients from owner-managed businesses to large listed groups and not-for-profits.
• Join a team from day one and progress to individual project responsibility.
• Study towards Chartered Accountant qualification as you join, with support throughout.
