Job summary

RSM UK is launching a graduate programme in external audit to build strong foundations and future opportunities. You’ll work with audit colleagues to review clients’ financial records, processes, and controls, ensuring accuracy of statements and stakeholder trust.

You’ll start studying toward the Chartered Accountant qualification as soon as you join, with support every step of the way. Start date is September 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent).
• Obtained/predicted honours degree.
• Right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and composure under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices.

Responsibilities

• Work with audit colleagues on risk-focused reviews of clients’ records, processes and controls.
• Contribute to ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and stakeholder confidence.
• Start studying towards Chartered Accountant qualification from day one with support.
