Job summary

RSM UK is launching a graduate programme in External Audit to build foundations in audit, assurance, and client service. You’ll work with audit colleagues to review clients’ financial records and controls, ensuring accuracy and stakeholder trust.

You’ll begin studying for Chartered Accountant qualification from day one and will be supported throughout the journey. You’ll join a structured training path with on-the-job learning, exposure to a diverse client base, and early client-facing

Qualifications

Minimum 112 UCAS points across three A levels (or 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate).
Honours degree (obtained/predicted).
Right to live and work in the UK for this role (permanent).
Strong written and verbal communication to convey complex information clearly and concisely with team members and clients.
Ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems.

Responsibilities

Work with audit colleagues to conduct thorough, risk-focused reviews of clients’ financial records, processes, and controls.
Study towards Chartered Accountant qualification starting on joining; first exams within months.
Becoming a key member from day one, involved in client work and later taking on responsibility for projects.
