Job summary

RSM UK is seeking graduates for its External Audit graduate programme to build a foundation in risk-focused reviews of clients' financial records, processes, and controls.

You’ll join audit colleagues from day one and begin studying toward the Chartered Accountant qualification with full support from the firm. Expect exposure to a wide range of clients—from owner-managed businesses to large listed groups and not-for-profits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of UCAS points: 112 across three A levels (or 104 across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers) or Irish Leaving Certificate
• Honours degree (achieved or predicted)
• Right to live and work in the UK on a permanent basis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyse and interpret data
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Interest in business and commerce with solid organisational and time-management skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices

Responsibilities

• Join audit teams and contribute to client work from day one.
• Work with diverse clients including owner-managed businesses, large listed groups, charities and not-for-profits.
• Balance office-based and client-site work to build relationships early in your career.
• Study toward the Chartered Accountant qualification and begin exams soon after joining.
• Travel to client sites and other offices as required.
