We’re looking for a SHE-focused Assurance Lead with strong audit / assurance experience from energy, utilities, engineering, construction or asset management environments.

You’ll sit in the 2nd line of defence , delivering assurance reviews, improving control frameworks, and raising standards across a complex, high-hazard operation.

What you’ll do

• Lead 10–15 assurance reviews annually
• Deliver SHE & Cyber technical assurance
• Drive improvements across safety, operations and asset management
• Oversee ISO standards (9001, 55001, 14001, 45001, etc.)
• Analyse trends and provide impactful recommendations
• Influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels

What we’re looking for

• Strong SHE background (process safety, occupational safety, environment, H&W, etc.)
• Audit / assurance experience in asset-intensive industries
• Solid grasp of the Three Lines of Defence model
• ISO management system expertise
