Capita is seeking an Audit and Assurance Analyst in Warminster. This permanent, 37.5-hour hybrid role requires 2–3 days on site and eligibility for UK Security Clearance at BPSS level.
You’ll support internal audits, assess control effectiveness, and contribute to assurance findings and recommendations, collaborating with operations to drive improvements while maintaining independence and objectivity in governance, risk and compliance.

By conducting reviews, analysing evidence and assessing compliance against policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, you'll help identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen assurance activities and support informed decision-making at all levels.

Support the delivery of internal audits, assurance reviews and compliance assessments.
Analyse evidence to evaluate the effectiveness of controls, processes and governance arrangements.
Assess compliance against organisational policies, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Identify risks, control gaps and improvement opportunities, escalating issues where appropriate.
Contribute to audit reports, assurance findings and recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
Monitor and track management actions to ensure agreed improvements are implemented effectively.
Work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to gather information, evidence and insights.
Support assurance reporting, trend analysis and stakeholder communications while maintaining independence and objectivity.

Central to this mission is the ability to set and measure training performance against requirements, assure operational readiness, and capture associated training and safety risks.
Salary up to £40,000 depending on skills and experience.
