Capita is seeking an Audit and Assurance Lead to strengthen governance, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. You will lead internal audits and assurance activities, delivering independent insights and actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
In this hybrid role (2–3 days on-site in Warminster), you will prepare concise reports, dashboards and assurance summaries, while tracking actions to closure.

As an Audit Assurance Lead, you'll play a key role in strengthening governance, managing risk and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. Leading audit and assurance activity, you'll provide independent insight into the effectiveness of processes, controls and compliance arrangements, helping ensure the business meets its regulatory, contractual and policy obligations. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you'll turn complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making, improve performance and build confidence in the organisation's control environment.

Permanent role - 37.5 hours a week Hybrid role with 2 or 3 days a week in Warminster
Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at BPSS level.
