Job summary

Capita is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Army Collective Training team on a permanent, full-time basis. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days on-site in Warminster and eligibility for UK Security Clearance at BPSS level.

You will partner with stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insights that influence training outcomes and operational decisions. You’ll build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel, analyze training and safety data, and present findings to mixed

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn data into decisions, working closely with stakeholders to solve meaningful business and operational challenges. Technical skills matter, but we're equally interested in how you think, collaborate and communicate insights. Permanent role - 37.5 hours a week

Hybrid role with 2 or 3 days a week in Warminster

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at BPSS level.
