Capita plc is seeking an Audit and Assurance Lead to strengthen governance, manage risk and drive continuous improvement. You will lead audits, deliver independent insights and turn complex findings into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days in Warminster, and requires eligibility for UK Security Clearance at BPSS level. You will report to the ACTS partner team within Capita and support a culture of accountability and excellence.

As an Audit Assurance Lead, you'll play a key role in strengthening governance, managing risk and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. Leading audit and assurance activity, you'll provide independent insight into the effectiveness of processes, controls and compliance arrangements, helping ensure the business meets its regulatory, contractual and policy obligations. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you'll turn complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making, improve performance and build confidence in the organisation's control environment.
