Capita is seeking a Collective Training Needs Analyst in a hybrid role based in Warminster. You will analyse training and operational data, develop dashboards, and translate complex requirements into actionable insights to support the Army’s readiness.
The position requires UK security clearance eligibility and a balance of independent and collaborative work. Salary up to £60,000 with flexible benefits and opportunities to lead on reporting improvements across the ACTS framework.
Play a pivotal role in shaping how the British Army prepares for future operations. As a Collective Training Needs Analyst within the OMNIA® Training consortium, you\'ll help define the training requirements that undermine collective training across the Army. Working at the centre of a major transformation programme, you\'ll analyse operational requirements, emerging threats, new equipment and evolving doctrine to design training pathways that ensure soldiers and commanders are prepared for the challenges they may face. This is a unique opportunity to combine your military knowledge, analytical thinking and training expertise to influence training at every level, from platoon to corps.
Job title: Collective Training Needs Analyst
The OMNIA® Training consortium brings together five leading UK defence training organisations: Capita, Raytheon, Rheinmetall, Cervus and Skyral. As the British Army’s Strategic Training Partner (STP), OMNIA has a clear mission: to transform collective training over the next 15 years and deliver world‑class training for the British Army. Working with the Land Warfare Centre (LWC), OMNIA will schedule, plan, design, deliver and assure collective training across the Army’s Collective Training System (ACTS), while also delivering the Collective Training Transformation Programme (CTTP). This generational opportunity will enable more relevant, challenging and safe training, helping the British Army to fight and win. Central to this mission is the ability to set and measure training performance against requirements, assure operational readiness, and capture associated training and safety risks.
Salary up to £60,000 depending on skills and experience.
