This role supports the growth of our DACH Independent Accounts. The Sales team is responsible for retaining and growing our business and representing our brand. The DACH Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Regional Sales Managers, maintaining relationships with independent customers, ensuring all orders are processed, order books are kept up-to-date and shared with the team, and ensuring timely dispatch of shipments.

You'll be;
  • Building strong, positive relationships with independent customers and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Entering orders and managing back orders accurately.
  • Checking stock availability and allocation.
  • Sending order confirmations and advising on stock availability.
  • Providing regular updates to the Regional Sales Managers and customers on order and back-order status.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate, punctual shipping according to customer requirements.
  • Liaising with credit control regarding payments.
  • Managing sample requests, checking availability across warehouses.
  • Supporting the DACH Country Manager and Regional Sales Managers with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Responding to incoming calls and communications.
  • Updating and maintaining customer information in internal systems.
  • Raising credits, proformas, and returns for warehouse orders.
  • Arranging collections as necessary.
  • Handling general warehouse inquiries.
  • Supporting product launches and sharing relevant information with retailers.
You'll have;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in German, both written and verbal (additional languages are a plus).
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office; Power BI and SAP literacy are a plus, with training provided.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and workload organization.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships internally and externally.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
