Job summary

Sytner is seeking a Service Advisor for Leeds Audi to deliver outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on servicing, update customers at every stage, and liaise with technicians to ensure vehicles are ready on time.

Training and career development are provided through our dedicated Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses. This role includes weekend patterns to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and progress; in-house training provided.
• Good organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure vehicles are ready on time.
• Inform and consult customers on servicing options and keep them updated at every stage.
• Provide best advice on products and services to customers.
