Christie's seeks a Sale Coordinator to coordinate auctions and private sales in Islamic & Indian Art, Rugs & Carpets. You will manage consignments, paperwork, and deadlines, coordinating with Legal, Client Accounting, and other teams. The role supports business managers and may supervise interns and trainees.

You will balance catalogue and sale deadlines, handle client communications, and ensure compliance documentation is complete. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of related administrative and/or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of compliance documentation and cultural property requirements.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all sales-related activities for Islamic & Indian Art, Rugs & Carpets.
• Manage end-to-end consignment process and paperwork with stakeholders.
• Oversee catalogue production and deadlines with cataloguing teams.
• Support sale exhibitions and private sale viewings.
• Prepare handovers for Post-Sale Service team.
