Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification and GCSEs in English & Maths (AC).
• Experience in a school setting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and behaviour management skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent attendance, reduce absences and work with pupils and families to maintain high attendance.
• Collect, monitor and report data on attendance and punctuality and support pastoral work for best outcomes.
• Support pupils and families with low level safeguarding concerns and help access relevant agency support.
