Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification required.
• GCSEs English and Maths at A–C are essential.
• Experience in a school setting is required.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent attendance and reduce absence in the academy.
• Collect, record, monitor and report attendance and punctuality data.
• Support pastoral work to help pupils achieve best outcomes.
• Assist with safeguarding concerns and liaise with external agencies as needed.
