Oasis Academy Broadoak in the United Kingdom is seeking an Attendance and Pastoral Support Officer to join a values-driven primary school. You will promote attendance with pupils and families, monitor attendance data, and support safeguarding in collaboration with academy staff.

As a Attendance and Pastoral Support Officer , you will:

• Work alongside key academy staff to promote excellent attendance, reduce levels of absence and work with pupils and families to promote high levels of attendance in the academy.
• The role involves collecting recording, monitoring and reporting data on attendance and punctuality and supporting pastoral work in support of pupils achieving the very best outcomes from their time at the academy.
• Work alongside key academy staff to support pupils and their families with low level safeguarding concerns and assist them in accessing relevant support from other agencies.
