Working under the Education Welfare Officer, you will contribute to reducing persistent absence, oversee site duties like Late Gate, and help design engaging attendance displays while maintaining safeguarding

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily attendance registers and MIS data accurately.
• Manage daily automated contact procedures to inform parents of absences.
• Log incoming calls and process leave requests.
• Support site duties including Late Gate and attendance displays.
• Collaborate with Education Welfare Officer, Learning Managers and SLT to track punctuality.
