Qualifications

• Attendance management experience or understanding of pupil attendance processes.
• Strong communication with students, parents and staff.
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement whole-school attendance strategies to improve attendance and reduce persistent absence.
• Conduct home visits and late gate patrols as part of attendance monitoring.
• Provide administrative support and liaise with Senior Leadership Team and external agencies as required.
