Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support banks, retailers and commercial sites in the Hounslow area. The role involves repairing and maintaining ATM/self-service hardware, with travel to customer sites on a daily basis.

The candidate should have 1+ years in field service, be comfortable with on-site diagnostics, and work in high-pressure environments. A company van, laptop and mobile are provided to enable autonomous field work.

Formación

• Experience with self-service machines, ATMs or similar hardware.
• Experience with Windows based software is advantageous.
• Previous customer-facing service experience is required.
• Willing to travel and work in a field-based role across Hounslow and surrounding areas.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain/repair ATM and self-service hardware on customer sites.
• Diagnose issues and repair in a timely manner.
• Respond to on-site hardware problems professionally.
• Coordinate with logistics for parts and SLAs.
• Work independently and within a team to resolve customer issues.
