Job summary

Cprime seeks a Solutions Architect specialized in Atlassian to shape high-quality solutions at the intersection of customers, sales and delivery. You will translate business and technical requirements into credible architectures and deliver responsible estimates with clear assumptions and scope boundaries.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and delivering Atlassian solutions in complex customer environments.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and the broader Atlassian platform.
• Experience conducting customer discovery and translating requirements into solution approaches.
• Experience estimating professional services engagements with clear assumptions, dependencies, exclusions and scope boundaries.
• Ability to estimate with credible commercial viability and manage delivery risk.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities including solution workshops, demonstrations and Statements of Work.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customers, understanding objectives, current-state architecture, requirements, constraints and dependencies.
• Translate requirements into Atlassian solution architectures and implementation approaches.
• Produce high-quality estimates for implementation work with clear assumptions, exclusions, dependencies and scope boundaries.
• Identify technical, delivery and commercial risks early and address them before commitments.
• Support sales opportunities through workshops, demos, POCs, RFP/RFI responses and SOWs.
• Build credibility with customer stakeholders and explain outcomes and trade-offs of different solution choices.
• Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery and maintain alignment with sales and engineering teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Atlassian products and ecosystem developments.
