A leading research and learning organization is seeking an Associate Solutions Owner to collaborate on workflow solutions and manage product requirements. The role involves working with editorial teams to capture business needs and ensure successful implementation of processes. The Associate Solutions Owner works collaboratively with Editorial Management Solutions team members and manuscript management subject matter experts (SME) to draft business and / or system requirements for a product, feature, or service. They partner closely with Senior Solutions Managers who initiate these efforts.
The Associate Solutions Owner is responsible for ensuring all customer and business workflow needs are captured with acceptance criteria, and they act as a point of contact through technical implementation, testing, and roll-out to end-users. They contribute to business case evaluation and articulation, ensure that technical solutions are scalable, and sign-off on acceptance of the delivered solution.

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The range below represents Wiley’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the UK, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
