Job summary

Connect Legal Partners seeks a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive to join its residential sales team. You will handle plot sales for housebuilders and developers from acquisition through to sale, managing a varied nationwide caseload and setting up sites for plot sales.

You will draft transfers and leases for multi-phase schemes, support acquisitions, and assist paralegals and CILEX fee earners, while delivering strong client care and organisation in a hybrid working environment

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with new build plot sales experience.
• Able to run a busy caseload and support junior colleagues.
• Good organisation and client care.

The role

You will join a residential sales team providing plot sales services to housebuilders and developers, from acquisition through to sale. You will run a varied caseload of new build developments across the country, set up sites for plot sales, prepare precedent documents and sales packs, draft transfers and leases for multi phase schemes, support acquisitions and help paralegals and CILEX fee earners.
