Qualifications

• Be a Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner with equivalent expertise.
• Have 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing or plot sales work.
• Possess strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, client care and organisational skills.
• Be proactive, commercially aware, detail-focused and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

About You

The ideal candidate will:
