Connect Legal Partners is a national full-service law firm seeking a solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE to join the residential development team. You will act for national housebuilders and major developers on land acquisitions and related matters across England and Wales.

A commercial property or development background is welcome, with a real interest in residential land work. Flexible working patterns are considered, and mentoring from an experienced leadership team is offered.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with around three to five years' PQE.
• Commercial property or development background preferred.
• Interest in residential land work with long-term development focus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on large land acquisitions for national housebuilders.
• Draft and negotiate collaboration agreements.
• Assist with disposals of serviced parcels and funding structures.
• Support urban regeneration schemes.

A national full service law firm with offices across the UK, acting for a wide mix of businesses, lenders, developers and public sector clients.

The role

You will act for national housebuilders and major developers on large and complex land acquisitions across England and Wales. The work also covers collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels, funding structures and urban regeneration schemes. A good seat for someone who wants to build a long term career in residential development work.
