Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking an experienced solicitor to act for housebuilder clients on land acquisitions, option and promotion agreements. You will also work on brownfield regeneration and joint ventures with registered providers and public bodies, with involvement in large disposals to registered providers and investors.

You will supervise junior solicitors and trainees and support client training and business development events.

Qualifications

• Around six years PQE, though four years plus will be considered.
• Residential development experience preferred, but a strong commercial property background welcome.
• Commercial awareness, close attention to detail and a confident, self motivated approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise housebuilder clients on land acquisitions, option agreements and promotion agreements.
• Work on brownfield regeneration projects, including joint ventures with registered providers and public bodies.
• Handle large disposals of affordable housing to registered providers and bulk sales to PRS/build-to-rent investors.
• Supervise junior solicitors and trainees and help run client training and business development events.

The role
