Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to join a leading independent property and building consultancy. You will manage a portfolio of £2m to £50m+ across commercial office, industrial, retail and residential sectors with high autonomy.

Ideal candidates will be MRICS or MAPM qualified, with a technical background in Building Surveying, Architecture or Engineering, strong client-facing skills and a track record delivering commercial property projects.

Qualifications

• MRICS or MAPM qualification required or beneficial.
• Strong track record delivering commercial property projects.
• Experience as Contract Administrator and/or Employer's Agent.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility through to completion with autonomy.
• Act as Contract Administrator and/or Employer's Agent.
• Manage professional teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage programme, cost, quality and risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as key client contact and develop long-term relationships.
• Provide advice on JCT contracts, extensions of time, and loss & expense claims.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and new instructions.
• Lead and mentor junior team members.
