Job summary

Conrad Consulting is assisting in the recruitment of an Associate Building Surveyor in London for a leading multidisciplinary consultancy. The role focuses on hands-on building surveying, client liaison and career progression within a successful London team.

You will deliver diverse surveying and project consultancy across sectors, lead projects, mentor junior staff and contribute to growth initiatives while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• MRICS Building Surveyor with consultancy experience
• Strong consultancy-based Building Surveying experience
• Experience mentoring or managing junior staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of building surveying services with a project-focused bias
• Lead projects from inception through to completion
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and internal resources
• Build and develop strong, long-term client relationships
• Identify opportunities and contribute to business development
• Manage, supervise and mentor junior team members
• Review technical work to ensure high standards
• Manage workload, programmes and project priorities
• Contribute to financial management and forecasting of projects
