Job summary

Prosper Consulting in Central London (London Bridge) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing team. You will work across the full project lifecycle from feasibility to final account, with regular site visits and client-facing responsibilities.

Ideal candidates hold a construction-related degree and are eager to pursue MRICS or MCIOB chartership, with confidence in measurement and cost analysis. A hybrid work model is offered, with one day per week from home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Real Estate, Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (not essential).
• Interested in MRICS OR MCIOB chartership or already qualified.
• Confident in measurement and cost analysis.
• Relevant experience in contract administration (JCT).
• Experience in commercial offices (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project delivery from feasibility through to final account and post-construction delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams with regular site visits.
• Contribute to keeping projects on time and within budget while maintaining client relationships.
• Assist in procurement, tendering and contract advice across multiple sectors.
• Provide active partnership on end-to-end construction projects.
